The ASD-1R, also known as the Denon D-dock, provides a convienent connection for iPod users to compatible Denon components. The D-dock is available in black or white finishes, and includes all connecting cables as well as adaptors to accomodate the many different sizes of iPods (Minis, Nano, Photo, Video etc). iPod users will feel the power of 'Command and Control' with the D-dock and the Denon component it is connected to with features like front panel display of all metadata (playlists, artist, song etc), on-screen display when connected to OSD compatible receivers, full remote control of accessing audio files and the D-dock will even charge the iPod. Photos and videos from compatible iPods and receivers are also handled with the D-dock.

Note: Some features or functions are dependent on the receiver the D-dock is connected to. Not all functions may be available with all combinations of receivers. OSD is only possible when the Denon AVR receiver the ASD-1RBK is connected to has an OSD generator. Please check the AVR's specifications to see that is has this feature for OSD to operate.
